A JP Collaborators Story

Every agent has a story. Most never get to tell it.

LEON
Chapter One · Where the story starts

Born in Leon, Guanajuato.

Spanish came first. English came after. Twenty years later, both are still how you do business — closing a downtown office lease in one language, sitting at a kitchen table with a first-time buyer in the other.

You've never had to choose between the two halves of that story. Nobody has ever helped you tell it, either.

Chapter Two · The Book

Before Google, there was you.

Years before real estate, you sold Yellow Pages ads. When the book was the only way a business got found, you were the one who put them in it. You still point them out around town — the businesses you made findable, one printed page at a time.

The book is gone. The game never changed. Today the book is Google, and Siri, and whatever a buyer asks ChatGPT at eleven at night. Whoever gets found, wins — same as it always was.

2022
Chapter Three · The Return

Twenty years in, starting over.

Real estate first, twenty years ago. Then the market crashed, and you went where the sales were. It took a long time to come back — and when you finally did, you wondered why you'd waited.

In 2022 you co-founded The Founders Group. Commercial and residential both — a combination most agents never touch. The comeback is real. What's missing is everything that tells the world you're here.

Chapter Four · In Your Own Words

You already told us what's in the way.

"I'm just not creative like that."On marketing herself
"I'm so bad about posting stuff."On staying consistent
"I need to be able to market myself, but still saying I'm part of a team."On your personal brand
"I want to start with the Hispanic market… I just don't know how to do it."On your biggest opportunity

Chapter Five · Twenty Years, Zero Trace

Then we searched for you the way a buyer would.

This is the chapter where the color drains out — because this is what the internet sees.

Your entire reputation lives in your phone contacts. When someone asks an AI assistant for a bilingual realtor in Greenville, your name never comes up.

SOLO ELLA
Chapter Six · Your social media, solved

This is what actually goes on your page.

Three pillars, pulled from stories you're already telling. Every post falls into one of these.

Real Estate, Both Sides

Residential and commercial authority in one agent — a combination almost nobody has.

A post this becomes“What's the difference between leasing a storefront and buying a house? I do both, here's what I tell clients.”

La Familia

Faith at the center. An artist husband. A grandbaby on the way. A business run family-first.

A post this becomes“Closing week and a grandbaby on the way — how I keep both worlds running at once.”

Su Historia

Leon to Greenville. Spanish-first stories. Housing security as a calling, told by someone who lived it.

A post this becomes“El primer paso para comprar tu casa — lo que le digo a cada cliente que empieza asustado.”
OPORTUNIDAD
Chapter Seven · The Market Opportunity

Su Historia isn't a nice detail. It's a number.

0%

0
Bilingual agents estimated across the ENTIRE Greater Greenville MLS — about 7.5% of roughly 4,700 members

Agents in Greenville currently market bilingual service online — Fabiana Buchanan (Keller Williams) and Doris Ribera, neither with a real digital presence

Where this is headed
Hispanic buyers projected to drive 70% of net new U.S. homeownership by 2040

The Founders Group can be the first Greenville brokerage to own the bilingual buyer and seller segment — before anyone else claims it.

HABLA
Chapter Eight · The Mechanism

You talk. Content happens.

You tell story after story that belongs in front of buyers: the first-time homeowner whose construction friends renovated his house in a single weekend. The nail tech whose booth renters cover her mortgage. A natural storyteller who was never going to sit down and type a caption.

So you won't have to. You share what's happening — a closing, a story, a question a client asked — and it comes back as content, in English and Spanish, in your voice, on a schedule you don't manage yourself. You take the pictures. You sell the houses.

Chapter Nine · What runs for you

The engine, end to end.

1
Your own home base. A site AI search can read, branded as you, proudly part of The Founders Group, portable for life.Your name stops depending on anyone else's website.
2
Bilingual content that sounds like you. Your three pillars, posted consistently in two languages, from what you're already telling people. You talk. Content happens. You never open an app to make it happen.
3
Follow-up that never forgets. Automated check-ins that keep you in front of past clients and your sphere for years, in their language.Twenty years of relationships, finally working on their own.
4
Database reactivation. Twenty years of past clients and old leads, run through outreach to surface who's ready to buy, sell, or refer right now.Names you already have, turned into conversations this month.
ESTA SEMANA
Chapter Ten · Before any of that

Four wins this week.

1
Flip @barbaraemerson to a public business account. Those 312 posts start working the same day.
2
Claim your Zillow and realtor.com profiles so buyers find you, not a directory.
3
Ask five favorite past clients for reviews. The record finally matches the reputation.
4
Get your name and story onto an AI-readable page so assistants can finally say who you are.
The Next Chapter

How this starts.

One deep-dive session. We map the whole business — leads, follow-up, tools, goals. You keep the roadmap either way. If you move forward, the session becomes step one, not an extra cost.

Then we build it, and run it, so you never have to touch the machinery.

Tu traes las relaciones. Nosotros traemos los sistemas.
